September 7, 2029 - 360 - "Hide and Seek; Ella-Style"

     This is just a completely ordinary closet.  (Fun Fact: It was made from the doors of the built-in that was where my bathtub is now.) 

     Here's Michael's side of the closet. 

Nothin' to see here.  Just some clothes hanging up...as you'd expect in a closet.

   But wait!

Often this closet will randomly 'Meow'!...

     That's because it's become Ella's favorite place to escape the noise and mayhem that is our home.  

     We can open the doors for a nano-second, and she's prepared to jump in.  She'll stay here all day, making no peep at all.  I guess it feels safe, compared to the chaos of the rest of the house.

Daily Hits of Happy

     -The last piece of demolition got done today.  A weird squared-off ledge along the bottom of a wall in the rooftop casita.  It used to cover a drainage pipe when the entire area was just a roof...now, it just meant Michael's desk would have to sit a foot away from the wall...but not anymore. 

     -Even though I only remembered at 11:32 that my post wasn't done for the day...I had an idea of something to write about. And, voila', it's done!

     -So many things are on their way from Amazon.  Once I switched to the Amazon.com.mx (Bam!): I have a much higher success rate for items being deliverable here. Hello potato masher! Zester! Wood glue!... (Now I'm an international non-minimalist.)
