Strange Dreams
I had this really strange dream. I mean, all of my dreams are odd, like a Dali painting seen in a Fun House at a fair held at the asylum.
This one was my regular-kind of strange, but it felt extra-strange.
It felt like I was supposed to get some sort of meaning out of the situation in the dream but, I don't' see a whole lot of useful life information I could get out of this. Perhaps you could clarify this for me. Sometimes it's easier to decipher other people's craziness.
The Dream
Okay, so we had a pet sloth. (This is not so odd because one of our closest friend's secret spy names is Sloth. (Oh...oops: forget I said that.) Anyway, as you can see, having a sloth could be a perfectly normal thing. However, this pet was part-sloth and part-labrador retriever. It mostly looked like a dog, though not typical lab colors. It was black all over but had one white spot on its nose. But it was a sloth's nose. A really long snout. But I loved that white spot on it and liked to kiss the pet right there on that spot. It was so cute!
I'd named the dog SLAB. I felt in my dream that the combination of species names was clever, but what I thought was really clever was capitalizing the name. I insisted that the name always be written in all-caps.
SLAB and I were playing in the backyard of the house we lived in (not anywhere I actually know in real life). It had a very green lawn and we liked to run and roll around on the grass.
The End. (THE END?)
So what the heck am I supposed to get from a dream like that life-lesson-wise?
