How'd I Ever Live Without It?
So, there is the up-front work of putting all of your clothes into this app. But then the fun begins. Then you can start making outfits with them. I subscribe to a thing called 'Outfit Formulas.' Every season you get a shopping list. There are always plenty of 'Closet Staples' so I 'shop' my closet for a lot of the list. But there are also a few tempting new trends to check out.
This has revolutionized clothing for me. It gave me a much more orderly way to think about what I had, what I need, and what I can live without. I used to have a lot of emergency trips to stores because I never seemed to have the appropriate things to wear. This new approach made it clear what I really need for my real-life tastes and activities.
Daily Inspiration
So I have tons of outfit ideas that I can then use my own clothes in...
I have them divided by the seasonal challenges...so if I'm just looking for any inspiration for the day or an upcoming event.
I also have them all divided out by item. So, say I know my olive jeans are just out of the dryer and ready to wear, I'll check out outfits using that.
So there’s your 'Closet'...with all of your clothes in it. Then you've got an inspiration file.
Now if I see a cute outfit on Pinterest and have the pieces to make it, I'll put the image in my 'To Try' file to remind me for later.
Statistics Too
You can tell which items you bought that you really got your money's worth with the 'Most and Least Worn Items' lists and the 'Cost per Wear' feature. My most worn items are all either my uniforms, workout pieces, or things like my watch, favorite necklace, and favorite pairs of shoes.
The cost per wear on my workout clothes is down to nearly nothing:
I guess this should be obvious, but I was surprised seeing that the worst cost per wear items tend to be special event outfits. In my fantasyland mind, I re-wear those things...but that's not true very often.
The only problem is I have continuously purged as I found I didn't wear certain items, so there are fewer things in my closet. But I move the item to my 'Archives lists, which still gets counted...so the numbers will never decrease.

The most shopped-at stores intel cracked me up. It's not that I'm not willing to pay more for a beautiful item, but if I see something I like at Old Navy or Target...I'm all in. (Note: Merona was a specific brand at Target...so Target's way up there for items purchased.)
The packing feature is my absolute favorite thing. I can plan for a fun trip...while on a work trip. (Well, I could...pre-COVID, of course.)
Two of our spring trips...and all upcoming summer trips have been removed from my planning.
This 'Most Packed' items list is pretty funny. Goes to show that classic pieces that can be layered, and a couple of trusty jewelry pieces will take you almost anywhere.
And, last but not least, is the priceless calendar. It keeps me honest about getting dressed in real clothes. (Though, it's almost 9 p.m., and I'm in my workout clothes today...still...most days it ‘works out’.)
I can also, visually, see, when I worked, when I was on vacation. And this is what tracks all those great stats, so I know what I really wear...and what I only thought I'd wear when I saw it online.
Did I mention that I love this thing?
