Loco Tiempo
The good news: The flight stayed empty. The airport was empty. We came to Mexico for the first time in 5 months.
The other good news: Ella did great on getting to the airport, getting through security, she was calm on the flight, great through customs in Mexico (including the kitty health inspection), and completely chill on the drive to San Miguel. (Hallelujah!).
...and she's thoroughly settled into her routine here.

The only bad news is:
Our (25 plus year old) refrigerator conked out sometime in the last five months.
Whoa! We had some meat in the (former) 'freezer'...
Yikes!
We intended to order a grocery delivery and hunker down for a couple of weeks...
Instead we had to go out to eat and went shopping for a 'fridge.
But they are CAREFUL here. Seriously. It's a tourist town and they want to keep a reputation of extreme caution. I haven't seen anything like it in the states. It was easier to get on an airplane from DFW then to get into a store in San Miguel.
More tomorrow.
I am tired. Missed my siesta today.
