(Vacation:   M and M's in the Kirkland trail mix for 2 and 2 servings of gelato and, wait for it:  a Dairy Queen Dip Cone.)
Road Trip = Dip Cone  -  This is a very strict policy of mine.  I'm only sad that I just had one on the way back.

Weight:  9 pounds over goal.  Dang it!  You'd think all that hiking would have compensated for the road trip grub.  Nope.

Dressed in Real Clothes:   7 days

Weekend Observed:   10:30 p.m. Saturday to  8:45 a.m. on Sunday.  (So...not even 24 hours off from writing...but we were on vacation, so I guess it sort of balances out.)

Wins for the Week:

-Saw 4 human beings that weren't Michael.
-Saw places further afield than our house and the back yard.
     -Had a great week.

Could Use Improvement:

-It would really be great if I could prep some posts ahead of times so I could have a full-on day off.  I liked my Sundays off, but haven't done that for the past three weeks.

Daily Hits of Happy

-Finished up my exercise goals, and kept up my writing goals, even with a trip.
-Gelato  (don't have any here...but would like some)
