Overdose of Healthy?
I'm thinking of this because I've had some minor health issues since the beginning of this isolation.

Okay, lovely regular (this word is extra-apropos) reader, so the issue I'm referring to mainly it involves my digestive system going on strike. This is really weird for me, it has never been an issue in the past...except that one time in India when I overdosed on Immodium trying to attend all the festivities of a days-long Indian wedding...with a major case of Montezumas Revenge (or whatever the Indian equivalent is) .

It's strange it would be a problem now. It must be all this healthy eating. Maybe my system is usually trying to purge all of the germs, junk food, and bad vibes floating around airplanes and airports? It's probably confused by weeks and months of good food, regular exercise, and chill interactions.
Try Anything
So I tried everything from drugs to prunes to teas...and everything in between. I'm feeling better, but have zero idea which thing helped.
That is the problem with my haphazard approach to health.
It's kind of a problem with my approach to everything. I get focused on a problem and go at it from all angles. It's hard to tell what helped, so I then need to keep going with all of my efforts. ...which is exhausting.

-I already know what I'm getting for my birthday and it's my best present ever!
Hint: It's one of the most frivolous things I've ever purchased. And, yes: I bought it, (at great expense), almost twenty years ago. But it's never been installed. The gift is that Michael installed it for me (which took hours of labor, and hassle...and also some expense.). I guilted him into doing it because it's my birthday and it's the only thing I asked him for.
